I cannot recommend Kamran highly enough. He has an incredible depth of the knowledge of the local market – both its history as well as current comps. This goes beyond just knowing the numbers – he has been in seemingly every house in the area and can describe qualitative differences that help explain the raw price data. He is clearly an expert in the Aliso Viejo area. He is also extremely responsive and accommodating in working with you through what can otherwise be a stressful event. He has a great network of individuals that he can refer you to for things like home improvements, inspections and/or the financing process. His solution-oriented nature made our home purchase almost “too easy”. I would gladly use him again for our next purchase/sale and would highly recommend him to others.
