Kamran is very detailed and know how to best position your home to sell fast, and at the appropriate price. He is very knowledgeable and extremally professional, which is what you want in a realtor. We were travelling when we first listed our home, and Kamran even offered to manage our cat during two open houses while we were away. Bottom line is that he takes the extra, necessary steps, to ensure positive results. Would highly recommend.
